Victoria Falls
Victoria Falls is a small, lively town on the southern bank of the Zambezi River, right next to the famous falls. It’s the perfect base for exploring one of the world’s natural wonders. From the Zimbabwean side, you can take in most of the falls in all their glory. Known as one of the largest waterfalls in the world, Victoria Falls offers stunning photographic opportunities. While the falls are the main attraction, the area has plenty to offer both thrill-seekers and those who simply want to enjoy the scenery. You can take a helicopter or microlight flight over the falls, try bungee jumping off the Victoria Falls Bridge, go white-water rafting (seasonal), or visit nearby Chobe National Park. The town itself offers a variety of accommodations and restaurants, along with a wide range of local crafts and art, all sold by friendly Zimbabwean vendors eager to share their culture and help you make the most of your visit.

Pre-Tour Information

JENMAN African Safaris can arrange all domestic and regional flights for the Victoria Falls & Chobe Package. Please inquire with our reservations office.
Transport
Airport transfers are usually conducted in sedan vehicles or minibuses. The game drives will take place in open 4×4 vehicles.
Meals
Meals included in your safari will be taken in the restaurants at various accommodation establishments. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements in advance.
Visas
The onus is on the client to organize all visas required for Zimbabwe prior to departure.
Travel Insurance
Travel and cancellation insurance is mandatory for every guest travelling with HERE AFRICA. All insurance is solely the responsibility of our guests. Please ensure you arrange your own insurance with protection for the full duration of your journey to cover personal injury, damage and loss of personal items including but not limited to camera equipment and other electronic items, medical expenses, repatriation expenses and loss of luggage, etc. Please speak to your travel agent if you require assistance.
Day 1 - Victoria falles
On arrival at Victoria Falls Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel for the following two nights. In the evening you will enjoy a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River, followed by dinner at the MaKuwa-Kuwa Restaurant.
Day 2 - Victoria falles
This morning after breakfast, you will be taken on a guided tour of the mighty Victoria Falls. At 13:00, you will have the opportunity to partake in the Vulture Culture Experience, an informative and educational talk on these remarkable endangered birds. Lunch may be enjoyed at the MaKuwa-Kuwa Restaurant. The rest of the day can be spent at leisure or experiencing one of the many activities on offer in Victoria Falls. In the evening, you will feast at the renowned Boma restaurant, specialising in traditional African dining and a drumming and dancing show.
Day3 -End of itenerary
Depending on your departure time, you will be collected and taken to Victoria Falls Airport for your onward flight.
