Can you book my flight tickets?
Yes! We handle domestic flights within the destination country as part of your package.
We can also assist with international flights, but please note that these are not included in the package price.
Can you help with visa applications?
We will do our best to assist you with visa applications when possible. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome or approval.
Can I change my travel dates?
Yes. Before confirming your trip, we will provide you with a clear change policy that applies to your itinerary.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my trip?
Yes. We are committed to transparency and flexibility. Your trip’s cancellation and refund policy will be clearly outlined in your itinerary package before payment is made.

Visa Information
Botswana
Citizens of many countries do not require a visa to enter Botswana for tourism stays of up to 90 days per calendar year. Visas, if required, can be obtained from Botswana embassies or consulates abroad.

Kenya
Most travelers can obtain a Kenyan eVisa online prior to arrival. As of January 2024, Kenya also introduced a Visa-Free Entry policy for citizens of specific countries.

Madagascar
A tourist visa is required to enter Madagascar but can be easily obtained on arrival or online. Tourist visas are typically valid for up to 30 or 60 days.

Malawi
Tourist visas are required for most nationalities but can be obtained on arrival at major entry points or online via the Malawi eVisa system.

Most visitors to Mozambique will need a visa. Tourist visas can be obtained online, on arrival, or from Mozambican embassies.

Namibia
Visitors from many countries are visa-exempt for stays of up to 90 days. Those requiring a visa must apply through Namibian embassies or consulates prior to travel.

Rwanda
Rwanda offers visa-on-arrival to all nationalities. Alternatively, travelers can apply online in advance. Tourist visas are typically valid for 30 days.

Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. Some travelers can enter visa-free, while others must apply in advance through South African consulates.

Zambia
Zambia categorizes travelers by visa exemption. If you require a visa, you can obtain it:
- At the port of entry
- At a Zambian embassy
- Or online via the Zambia e-Visa Portal (3–5 working days)
KAZA Uni-Visa
For US$50, this visa allows entry into both Zambia and Zimbabwe, valid for 30 days with unlimited crossings between the two.

Zimbabwe

KAZA Uni-Visa
